Shawn was amazing. Remembered our old furnace from his service visit last year and fixed our new one today. Had a condensation leak in ventor and he repaired it. Fixed the incorrect pressure in our furnace so it doesn’t sound like a jet taking off in our house! Hope he’s the one sent back to do our maintenance again next year!
