    Service Technician Shawn -was prompt (called to say he would be at the house within 15 mins and showed up within that time frame) - very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge, he asked if I had sent concerns about my furnace, I mentioned that the furnace would run for long periods of time... said it would be either the thermostat or the filter. Turned out that the filter that I was using wasnt correct. Thanks Shawn
