Comfort Air Heating & Cooling

The installers were great customer service is very very bad was going buy air conditioner from them but not now .All I wanted was to talk to a tech guy who installed my fireplace.waited days still no phone call from them

Supplied and installed a new furnace, everything was done on time and on budget. I recommend Comfort Air from Waterloo...!

I had comfort air service my furnace, The technician was always on the phone with someone while trying to service my furnace, It was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. His English was very poor, I barely understood him. When he couldn't fix my furnace he tried selling me a new furnace. I researched comfort air and found that they don't have a BBB profile. Fairley new company with amateur techs. I wouldn't recommend this contractor.

Service department didn't try to scam me and say I needed a new furnace. Described what I need to fix it and I decided to get a new one anyway. got a real deal on a Napoleon furnace and got a year to pay for it as well. Good deal all the way. Alex Lee

Thanks folks. Comfort air installed my fireplace and I have them also service my furnace. They did clean, professional job for reasonable price. Will recommend them.
