Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

Moving from U.K. to Toronto with 2 weeks to find a sectional sofa. We needed a bespoke size and fabric. Although standard time was 4-6 weeks. Brian and Rocco rose to our challenge and we received our sofa in 2 weeks on time and as specified.
Brian a d Rocco also took time to ensure the fine detail we hadn’t considered - straight cushion v t back, seat length and height, cushion firmness etc were as we needed for comfort.

She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. She was able to direct us to a suite we might have missed that checked all our boxes. She answered our questions and supplied us with all the info we required.
