Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. She was very profession and wonderful to deal with. Amazing!

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

After receiving various estimates from other companies for a built-in fireplace, we decided to go with Premiere. Williams understood exactly what we were looking for while offering solutions to problems we were concerned about. Once the design was finalized, they came to install over 3 days and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute modification on the job site! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I had a satisfied purchase. I was looking to buy three stools for different purposes in my house.
