I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. I was having to blow it out every evening, so I figured a snuffer would solve the problem. I called absolutely every store I could think of without success. Until I phoned you. Not only is Rusco's product top of the line, their customer service is unparalleled. I've never worked with more professional trades people than Josh and Paul who installed our widows. The original construction grade widows were poorly installed, lines misaligned and trim depths completely inconsistent. Josh and Paul corrected all the original mistakes and were not happy until they had achieved perfection. Top marks for workmanship and customer service!!!
