I guess someone before me bought a saw and expected the dealership to train them on how saws operate and everything else about “chains” and how you need to sharpen them during use. I would have beaten them with the dull chain and told them to hit he bricks sunshine.

Excellent service. First time there and i was greeted by name as i walked through the door. All paperwork was ready for me and all of my question/options were answered well. I left as one happy customer after discussing the purchase of my new 1705 loader tractor. I was not forced into a sale and they were great to deal with and nothing was rushed. I receive excellent service from the employees at ARN's. There is a caveat. I receive excellent service once I get the attention of an employee. I have been there three times and each time I stand around waiting for help and have to go aggressively ask for assistance. People walk by and say hi but don't ask if I need help. I don't want to bother those that are busy or helping other people so I let them say hi and keep walking. Besides that, impeccable service!
