    Great selection, and if you can't find it they can order it from a multitude of catalogues. Excellent service!

    Worst experience....

    Worst experience...I will never shop here again. I was in need of an air filter for my quad in a hurry. I called around and couldn't find one. Performance ATV said they could order the part and have it the next day. I agreed. A few hours later I received a call from a local shop who had the part I needed. I called back and cancelled the order. The rep said I couldn't cancel the order and I would have to come in and buy it. I said no. The clerk hung up on me rudely. A minute later I got a call back from a man who said he was the manager and said his name was Brian. I assumed it was to apologize...it was not. Brian berated me verbally called me names and swore throughout...things I can't write on this forum. I own two quads and this company will never see my business again.

    Brian did the right thing. I would dishone you for ordering it in a rush and then going to buy from another dealer. They placed a rush order for you and paid out of pocket.
