Very pleased with the prompt and professional service. The nature of the problem and the repair were both explained and the repair was carried out quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Very pleased with the prompt service and explanation of the repair needed to our 20 year old jennair fridge. Repair was carried out in less than one hour and we hope it will give years of new life to our fridge!
Ottawa Refrigerator Repair never showed up for my scheduled appointment. They never called either to let me know. I definitely did NOT get the day/date wrong they just don't care.
I would advise people to stay away.
Unfortunately this review has not much information to support its claim. A search of our records indicate all appointments were met on this date. We have no records to indicate any history of this client. It is common in our industry for a client to call many services and get confused who was actually called. I called them for...
I called them for an admittedly cosmetic fix for the fridge - the door handle was coming off - but the receptionist was rather abrupt in telling me that they don't do that kind of thing.
As per our web site, We specialize in emergency service to most makes and models of
refrigerators having issues such as not cold, leaking water, intermittent operation, electronics
and noise. Unfortunately we do not do any trim patch work
