I went to walk in today around lunch time. There were walking in doctors on duty. The clinic had two receptionists doing completely nothing and the waiting aera were not any other patients at all except for us. My son wasn't their patient yet. The lady said the policy was only the patients were allowed to the see the walking in doctors. The doctors and receptions were refusing to see my son. it is very terrible. very bad.
I have been a patient of this clinic, and so have my children for the past 20 years. My physician has always been kind, professional and always available if I was truly in need. It is an impossible job. Not just through the pandemic but always. Medicine is not perfect and government funding is less than perfect.
I have been a patient of Dr. Anand for some 10 years and she has performed very well all this time. I would give 5 stars but the access to the clinic website does not operate during weekends, a shortcoming which would deserve to be corrected.
This clinic is really slow. It takes weeks to get an appointment. Also, when I asked for forms to be filled out, I submitted them a week early and gave the due date. However, a week pass the due date I still don't have them and had to pay $200 for a form that I haven't received yet.
Dr. Woodend disclosed without my knowledge or consent my entire medical and non medical file to third parties who consequently disclosed those copies again to at least another 20 other third parties. She affirms that she has the knowledge and judgement to do so, against my will, in her letter of may 18, 2021, signed by her lawyer (copy at Health Review Board, Privacy Commissioner, college), and which is a violation of (PHIPA). She offers no apology for all the harm she caused.
They are SO rude. They speak to me like I'm a child. I can't stand going here.
I’ve been going to Family First for years. My doctor there is great & very caring. I’ve also seen other doctors with the “walk in” service, nurses, ultrasound tech and a SW, they have all been good as well. It’s great that there’s so many services available in one spot with access to your file. I’ve had no bad experience with any of the health professionals. The only criticism would be that sometimes the people answering the phone can be short or a little rude. But I get that they are busy.
I have no words for this place... I am a health care professional and I can not believe the service I was provided here. Please do not go here. I was given a Pab test without notice or consent when it was not even the reason for my visit. Then called for weeks to book a pab test after wards. I tried not to go back but had no choice. Drove 1 hr for my 9:00 am appointment and was told at 9:03 they declared me a no show and I would need to reschedule. Beyond not impressed.

Very well organized. Fast efficient documents when asked for. Inhouse blood services very convenient. Doctors are on the ball and easy to speak with.
After several years at FFHC in Orleans Ontario we find the doctors very thorough, the front staff and nurses excellent. They always react quickly to our needs. We have NEVER encountered anything but professionalism and courtesy at the front desk.

Doctors fine. But they and we are slaves to a business whose first concern is revenue flow, not timely access for patients. So, think "business" rather than "health service" and you will be OK.
Very bad clinic. I asked my dr what was wrong when I was sick then the dr. Told me to look online and left the room -.-

The doctors are decent and seem to know what they are doing. There is no longer a walk in clinic. They told me it can take up to ten days to send a fax to a pharmacy. The customer service is poor. I'v been given attitude more then once :S Other then that the dr.s are decent.
My doctor is great! And I was in and out in 30 mins! It was not busy at all when I went at 11 am
