Very Poor Service From Andy
Andy came to my condo on time. My TV would only intermittently power on. He did some voltage readings on my LG 50PX950 and basically said that I should wait for my TV to just fail completely. He was unable to diagnose the problem (most likely the Y-Sustain board) after spending 25 minutes on the job. I gave him $25 for his sub-effort. Another repair person came over an hour later and did some real testing and ruling out, and he did not ask for any money upfront. He will bring the correct Y-SUS board and put it in and at that point we will pay for parts and labor. Exactly what Andy should have offered to do.
