This was my first North American car purchase in many years. I am really pleased with the service that we received from the team at Polito Ford Lincoln. Steve, the sales team manager, jumped right in to handle all our questions, concerns and eventually the sale while his team was engaged with other customers. The whole experience has been fantastic from the initial sale, to the delivery and the emails to follow up to see if there were any concerns or issues. Enjoying my new purchase.
