Disgustingly small portions for the cost. Over cooked food, including burnt pasta. Must have been overcooked in oven, but pasta was black and chared around edges. When we told the server what was wrong with the food she said "oh sorry" and just walked away. Very unhappy and will never return!

Horrible! The first visit was on fathers day of 2004. The appitizers we got were cold. Without getting an appology, they just gave us new appitizers and didnt even offer them free of charge. I complained about it because it was not busy in there at all a

My husband and I went for lunch and arrived at...

My husband and I went for lunch and arrived at 11:55 am. We ordered water with lemon and were served that very quickly. We then ordered right away as we wanted to beat the lunch rush. I ordered their taco salad and my husband ordered their Lebanese chicken. After waiting for 30 minutes and noticing that other tables were being served that arrived after us, we asked our waitress where our food was. She came back and told us it would only be a few minutes longer. At 12:45, we told her we had a 1:00 appointment and had to go. She said that our food was up and that she would go get it. At 12:55 we got up and left with only having water.

Food was cold, Restaurant was cold, Service was.... thats right... COLD! You would think a chain like Casey's would do something about one of its franchisee's that is bringing its good name down... but I guess not. :(
