the team who came to my house were great. they worked fast and were very respectable. easy to talk to and were very professional. they cleaned everything up once they were done to a level better than when they arrived. what a difference in the temperature. would recommend to others considering the same.

We recently had work done with GNI and they were fast, efficient and the work was definitely done to our satisfaction. The only reason why we did not give them a 5 star rating was because we had a hard time reaching someone on the phone to get a few answers on our install once we took a quick booking. We understand the slow reply due to the rebates going on, but maybe a better explanation upon booking would help. Either way, thanks guys! We would definitely recommend you to family and friends!
