When they answer the phone they're usually so rude. All the lady says is "stay on line" and the she leaves you on hold for almost 10 minutes. She comes back to the phone and again says "hello how can I help you" like she has never spoken to you before. They should teach their front desk people the meaning of customer service! So ridiculous !
