Yikes today is April 16th 2025, and Wow!! we had Robert (another ROB) over to our home to discuss our options for a new furnace. What a professional, concise, friendly, courteous, sales person. He answered all of our questions, gave us complete information, took his time to explain what was going on with our old Geothermal furnace, and all of the options, that we needed to know. l would like to thank you for the promt service that you have given my wife and l.l call about my furance that wasn;t workin right and your service person told us what was wrong with it ,and it made it easy for us to disside what to do,replace the 18 year old with a new one .
