Blossom Garden Chinese Restaurant

Had delivery order charge my m/c $81.25. That night, my m/c was declined. Only then did I find out that this restaurant charged me $81.25 AND $881.25. I called them, the lady was rude & did NOT apologies. She tells me she voided it already & admits this happens all the time but other customers are ok with it. Its not ok with me because I can't use my m/c. The bank did not get a void charge. I asked a copy of void charge & they gave me next day a bill writing void on it. So I opened fraud case.

So disappointed. Blossom Garden is our usual 'go to' Chinese food restaurant, but today it took 2, yes TWO hours for the good to arrive and it was cold. We were told it would be one hour because oh new years day, so they should have had extra drivers on. When we called to complain, they argued with us, saying it was just made and sent directly to us. Horrible customer service. Will share my experience on social media.

This is THE neighbourhood Chinese take-out place: I know of people who drive all the way from North Whitby to get take-out from here.

Absolute waste of...

Absolute waste of your money. I can not agree any less to the last customer's comment about quality of food. Ordered lunch special, L9 (Chicken & vegetables w/fried rice). The food smelled horrible and tasted equally bad. I couldnt't even eat few bites and had to through away the rest. Those previous positive comments left by the other customers surprise me, may be under a different management at that time. But I wont go back there again.

Microwave Garden

-Restaurant waiting area is dirty (dirt/dust around window frame, on floor, etc.) Obviously time not taken to ensure cleanliness. Not surprising considering this is a take out place -Ordered single meal C8 (fried rice, beef/veggies, pork). Very disturbed to see that the pork is just heated in the microwave for a good 5 minutes and then dropped into a skillet for 10 seconds to give the illusion of having been cooked fresh. Won't be going back here again.
