    Just bad service all along the process from buying a car to servicing it. Service staff are terrible

    Terrible service. Condescending attitude regarding everything. Service personnel are not friendly or informative. Sakes staff lie to get you to purchase a vehicle

    Terrible service! We requested the shuttle when we booked our appointment first thing in the morning and was told that the shuttle guy didn't show up...options were to wait almost 2 hours for another guy or take a taxi - so it costs $20 extra for cab sine they did not offer to reimburse. When I got the bill for the oil change it was double what I was charged at the other dealership. Totally unreasonable. Will never buy a vehicle here and will never bring my car back for service.
