Terrible customer service, terrible job done, admitted by the seamstress, but still tried to charge for poor craftsmanship, offering to fix, but unclear why she didn't fix when she realized it was a poor job, she said she didn't know what to do. Well then why would I want you to try now if you still don't know what to do? Do not go here if you have anything of value.

Good Service, pleasant

I have been here twice for alterations. Pleasant service. Had several items altered including a finely knit sweater, and everything looked great. Planning a third trip there soon.

grad dresses ruined and have to start all over. stay away from this place!

Ignores customers

Would love to comment on the service I experienced but unfortunately I got none. I stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes completely ignored while the owner was on the phone having a personal conversation. The bell rang when I came in the door and she had her side to me so could definitely see me. I understand if you are on the phone but some eye contact and a quick "I'll be with you in a minute" would have gone a long way. Ended up walking out, still with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not impressed and won't be going back!
