My apartment lobby has been taken over by the homeless . They have literally furnished the lobby to live in and they do drugs there. The main exits are constantly broken and I find myself trapped inside the building because the doors won’t open. There are garbage bags all over the building . The manager won’t do anything no matter how many times I contact her. And I can’t find the corporation email anywhere. This is getting very dangerous and this building needs help.

Told our building didn't have pests when asked. Found a cockroach in the first first week and a few more thereafter. $50 key replacements, non functional buzzer. Noisy apartment at night with the sorts that live in these apartments.

Horrible, horrible company!!!! Never do snow removal. It'd so bad Canada post has suspended our mail since Nov 19 its now January 6th. Resident Manager is an incompetent horrible man. I assume he's never run a residential complex before!!!!! Maintenance never done when requested. Mattresses by garbage bins have been there for over a month... garbage everywhere

I am in Hudson Arms on 116 street. It may just be building management but ours is absolutely terrible. Laundry facilities rarely work and you can expect to lose coins each time you run a load. Our heat has stopped working twice this winter and wasnt working for months when we first moved in. People will park in your stall and the parking lot is never cleared! There is a stranger overdosing in the building every few weeks. People have been smoking in the building, and dont get me started on bugs.
