    My furnace quit w...

    My furnace quit working and being a single parent I'm on a very tight budget. I started phoning furnace companies and for them just to show up was a huge expense. Plus they couldn't be here very quick. I called BTU and spoke with Matt. He quoted me an excellent price on the phone and could be to my place within a couple hours. He showed up earlier than expected. He was very friendly, polite and informative. Matt had the problem diagnosed and resolved within an hour. I would highly recommend

    My furnace died o...

    My furnace died on me in the middle of winter at noon, resetting the switch didn't work anymore - Matt was able to get there that afternoon and fix it. He does not charge extras (diagnostic charge, mileage charge) and is honest and informative. He explained the problem with my furnace and a simple step to try if it ever dies again, before having to call someone. Does a great job for a fair price, nice guy!
