    Cooper had a great time, evidenced by the fact that he has slept a lot since i picked him up. very happy to see me and easy transition home. just wish there was more flexibility in pickup times.

    Would absolutely ...

    Would absolutely recommend this kennel to anyone! My dog has attitude problems when it comes to people so I was extremely nervous when a family event came up and I had no where for him to go. I contacted the resort and they worked with him for weeks leading up to his stay to make him comfortable. When I came to pick him up, they let me know that he had completely relaxed and was super playful with several of their staff. Not only is this super out of character, but since he has relaxed at home

    Our dog loves her...

    Our dog loves her vacations at Springbank. It is the first kennel we have brought her to that she doesn't ignore us to let us know how angry she is for us leaving her. She is happy when she gets home and excited when she sees we are back at the kennel. Our kids love to see if she gets a report card. They are also the first kennel to let us know that she stops eating and they work hard to make sure she doesn't go hungry. We have worked hard and between us have found combinations that work for a small dog that is very particular about her food when she is away from home. Thank you for all your hard work and letting our dog have a vacation while we do.

    We recently start...

    We recently started taking our pup to Springbank Pet Resort as it is only 10 minutes from our house. We have been there twice now for 5 and 6 nights stay and will never go to another kennel. The staff are absolutely fantastic and we feel like they truly truly care for our dog's well being. When we pick up Bernie, he is happy, clean and healthy. What more can we ask for?! We just think they are wonderful.
