I love the atmosphere and home furnishings that Bondars carries. I just returned 2 beautiful lamps that didn't suit my living room. The return was easy and the staff was very pleasant. They also have an amazing fabric department and are very helpful. They were very helpful ordering items for me in the past and have a great selection of large items to small hostess or birthday presents. I love this place.

Very bad purchasing experience!! The salesperson was very enthusiastic and the quality of the furniture on display was also very good. But Received defective furniture with extremely poor service and it could no be reordered. Like to buy or not

Terrible Service - Lovely Furniture. What a disappointment. I have never neglected at a store - particularly when I’m on a mission to purchase. Other than a quick “hello”from the receptionist, I was completely ignored throughout my 30 minutes trying to shop. - Not once was I asked if I needed assistance. - Not once was I offered a hand. - Not once was I asked if I’d like to speak with someone. The store was practically empty - only the couples aged 50+ seemed to merit their attention.

Promises, promises, promises. Ordered four chairs in August. Promised for Thanksgiving...oops out of material, Christmas...oops snowstorm... Valentines Day...oops they missed the order...Easter? I emailed, called, begged. Finally got them in May. One is damaged, but I cannot wait any longer, so am putting it against the wall. No compensation. They did email taking no responsibility, but sent an apology on Bondars behalf for the way the manufacturer handled this situation.

The furniture is poor quality and they charge incredible prices! The people who work in the warehouse are rude especially the warehouse manager! I would definitely look elsewhere for my furniture!
