My furnace broke down just days before our last cold snap. I had originally called another bigger company first. But after getting shuffled around, and then waiting over four days for someone to call me back I gave up and tried again. This is when a friend referred Randy at Fractal. And I’m thankful he did. Had Rod and his crew come out to so some dust collection duct work for us. it was all custom made ducting for a colour sorter and some vibration dampeners for the other equipment. They were very professional to say the least. All of the costs and work timelines discussed prior to the job were more than met and the quality of work was awesome. Id highly recommend them for any project big or small!

Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace. I am happy to say, he won't leave you hanging if you have an issue, he's on top of it. Highly recommend him to you.
