Very bad service. Damaged my house and never repaired. He doesn’t pick up the phone. To get my money for the damage and to file a clam in court and still in process

First and last year with them. Never show in time, very poor snow removal, leaving banks on the sides, they damaged the retention walls to me and my neighbor. And on top of all, they damaged the roof above the garage door, never showed-up for a repair.

First Year with company. maybe last. perhaps they need more trucks on the road, or need to compete stronger with the other services. 30+cm of snow doesn't just go away in one shot. other companies pass by their clients sometimes twice in a 24hr period. snowbiz does not. i have been waiting 2 days for them to clear the city plowed snow from my driveway. we have seniors in our home, and it is very difficult for them to leave the house with poor late service. kingsley/hilton area of ddo. unhappy

First year using this service and very dissapointed. 30+ cm first snow storm of the year still waiting for my snow to be removed at 1 am more than 24 hours after the snow started. No one answers the phone. Not a happy client, not a good first impression on this company.
