What a terrible service! Never again

2022-2023 scrap service

It’s been 2 nights in a row that they haven’t passed after the big storm. No way of getting in. It’s 8am and they still haven’t passed since yesterday afternoon. But…the neighbour street has been done..???? No answer when you call them. Terrible service.

Quality of service is terrible since last year. Zero customer servic. They asked for 2 post dated cheques but cashed the second one late, so they didn't come to clean the driveway. I called the bank and they said they did cash it. Several days and many unanswered calls later, my driveway is still full of snow. Not recommended. I am switching companies next year.

Quality of service has declined in last 2 years. Driveways are not fully cleaned. They do not answer when trying to call in. Very disappointed as I find myself shoveling areas that are BETWEEN my posts. Will not be renewing - same general consensus with my neighbours.
