I am very happy with Grizzly snow removal. I had contract with them from last winter when a well know company went bankrupt's. I experienced a lot of difference between grizzly as compared with my last snow removal company. Thanks for the good service!
We just signed up for our third year with Grizzly. Friendly customer service, excellent snow removal: my driveway is often clear before my neighbours, and it's usually clear by the time I arrive home from work. Love the "last pass" call service. No problems whatsover with this company - just reliable, solid service. Our winters are just so much easier knowing that they are taking care of this job for me!
SOOOO dissappointed with Grizzly snow removal. Good thing I have a contract that says they will pass before 6:30am and again before 5pm! I still have a driveway full of snow after calling 2 hours ago to complain and its 4pm right now. My driveway has not been cleared since the last storm! Good thing I dont need to go out today!!!! Bo Pelouse has passed by twice and is now doing a third run as the City plow has passed! Do not choose Grizzly for your snow removal needs!!!!
If there are cars in the driveway Grizzly will not clean in front of them. I have to shovel the 6 or 7 feet in front of my car in order to get out EVERY TIME IT SNOWS. Apparently I paid a snow removal company so that I could have another heart attack. The killer is that I had made my cheque out to Northern snow removal and not Grizzly. Had I known they were one and the same that cheque would never have been written. I'm so very definitely changing companies next year but for now…I am stuck and scared for my health.
The problem with this industry is that they know you're helpless. They already have your money, so you're stuck with sub-par standards, stranded in your own driveway. The new management at this company is definitely taking advantage of this situation. I used to have decent service, but now have to consider moving because of the terrible service that they provide.
Received poor service and they do not keep their word. Never again.
They have changed and are munch better. You call them someone picks up the line, and the cleaning of the snow they do a good job. I have been with them for about 8 years or so and don't have much to complain about.
Grizzly service is unreliable and if they do come, poor snow removal. Please beware because once you sign up and pay for their services, good luck in getting them to come to your house. And if you try to call & complain, you get an answering machine with no call backs. While the competition comes by more than once on a day of a snowstorm, Grizzly will come only at the end of snowstorm, so you are held hostage at home unable to get your car out. Never again - be warned!
