I am there going for lunch from time to time for the past few years, and food is always great in there, so is the service (especially when you get Kyle). Sometimes when they are busy it takes a bit longer for the food to arrive, but that's understandable. I'd recommend this place to anyone... My other favourite is Big Rye Chicken Club. Burgers are great too!
Food was standard, nothing special. The service was typical Windsor University student standard; Just enough smiling and situation engagement to extract a couple of bucks in tip. The restaurant seemed to have a glaze of grease over every surface. Yech. I was afraid I would slip and fall on the floor or stairs you have to scale to get to your table. Oh yeah, If you are a big fan of dingy, out-of-the-way dungeonesque washrooms located in a basement, high-tail it this place!
pizza crusts were hot but the rest of the food was cold. it took over 30 mins to get the food after the apps. the servers were rude, and so was the manager on duty when complaining about the salsa on my baja burg being rotten. this is like the 3rd time this has happen to me there, never again will i go there and will tell everyone about this dungy place.
My bf and I both ordered the captain fantastic burger and neither of us could finish it they were so big. The pricing is great when you look at how much food you actually get. The service was excellent, I dont think I have ever had such a friendly server. Overall I find the best thing on the menu to be their pizza crusts, even though it is an appetizer it is a meal and leftovers for me.

We came in late like 10pm from Michigan for some errands. We were tired and perfect place to check in after left the tunnel border. Food was excellent, server was nice enough to check on us occassionally, place is better with cleaning than ever before. It looks like a new manager under its belt? Food menu seems to be a bit different from last year but alot better this time. We definitely will come back - probably this week! Thanks, Bubi's!
