This place is a joke. Ive been on coap for 8 years. My cardiologist recommended I go for retest. This place made me do tests from start because they said how do we lnow you need coap? I said Ive been on it for 8 years and to own a machine you need a script. They said thats true. Still did basic tests. AHI was 53 apneas per hour. Severe he said. Set pressure at 11 on script. My 8 year old script was 13 and that wasnt enough! They dont know why Im so high.

2 days after requisition from my Dr. I received a call from YCSL with my appointment. I had options including that night. Excellent job.

Took months just to get a consultation. Did the sleep clinic in May, it's now the end of October and still no results.

4 weeks from issuance of a Req. from my family Doctor, I got a call at 12:48 PM (Lunch) from YCSL to cal to schedule an appointments. Unlucky for me, I was working and returned the call after they closed a 4:00 PM and left a message to call y office the next day. YCSL returned my call just before noon the next day, to say that all the appointments had been booked and that I would have to wait for the next block of appointments in 2 months time!
