We came for our reservation on time and there were people still sitting at our table and they sat there for 30 minutes talking when they had already gotten their bill. The staff did not say anything to them and we finally got our table half an hour later when they decided to leave.
service has gone down hill food portions have shrunk while prices have risen. not to mention the quality has dropped using pre cooked bacon from the microwave.
After waiting over 10 minutes to be asked what we would like to drink when the restaurant had maybe 3 customers in it, the waiter spilled our drinks. Accidents happen we carry on. The waiter doesn't apologize or even wipe the spilled drinks off of our cups. We are ready to order at this point but he just walks away. Another 10-15 minutes before he returns. Still the restaurant maybe is serving 2-3 other tables. The booth we are sitting in is disgusting the floor had what appeared to be a smoothy spilled all over the floor a well as the remains of past meals. When our meal arrived it looked like it was dropped an put back on the plate. my sandwich was cut very poorly one piece an inch wide no condiments or lettuce or anything on the sandwich. The pickles on my plate looked like they had been out all day after someone already tried to eat them. when i voiced my complaints about my meal and asked for fresh pickles a new waitress came out and was very rude at which point we asked for the remainder of our disgusting meal to be bagged and to send the bill. After words we phoned the manager she said there is not much she could do now or even if we had voiced our complaint to the manager while we where still at the restaurant.
Fish and chips.. more batter than fish. Fish was tough... chips were warm and soggy. Slaw was Ok.. the beef barley soup ----salty-- if you like that.
Sat in a booth. Noticed the backs around us in others were soiled.. In all this place needs a good cleaning.. I know it is well used but have no idea why... never again...music way too loud....
Best Prime Rib dinner i've had in ages, cooked perfectly, will definitely return for that again. Service was great and made me feel welcome and was very happy when we left
