I went shopping on sat Nov 25 2017 and the cashier accused me of stealing a bag of rice from the week before and the manager did nothing about it. She didn't ask the employee if she said it or not but she jumped in and said the employee didn't say that. No apology. I'm still disturb about the situation
most employee do not understand or speak english, particular in the meat section /department- instead of asking a co worker to assist- they just turn their back-very rude people. no customer service at all.Date of visit: Sunday Sept. 3 at 5 pm.
Calling the attention of the manager- please teach or train your staff- to say- Sorry I do not understand- atleast!
