The worst service on the world. They are continiously lying on the phone and have zero motivation to work. I couldn’ t get dimensions of the product for one whole day of calling, so I gave up. One star is too much

worst ever service, totally unprofessional. They dont know how to talk with customer. Strongly recommend to avoid this place. You can get same furniture in less price from small store. They are rude, they are expensive and simply they are unacceptable.

TERRIBLE customer service, no words to explain, not even qualify for 1 star,even quality of their furniture is poor. I brought couple of furniture- Brampton loc but they delivered wrong/poor quality products.it’s hassle & when contacted their customer service no care at all abt customer once you buy their product, very slow & not ready to listen our concern.Almost a year now my issue is not resolved yet. I never step into their any store nor recommend anyone, it just waste of your time & money.

I bought my whole house furniture from friends furniture Brampton. Yesterday, i got the delivery. Just want to say everything received in good condition and on time. I bought two custom made sofa sets and one bedroom set and dinning table and coffe table. In future also i will refer my friends to this location.

Worst furniture company. When i walked into their store they convinced me to order a bedset. Took me 7 months to hear back from them. Placed ordered in dec 2018..called them..visited them several times. Called them in July 2019 and was finally advised the bedset is available BUT side table is delayed, will drop it off on Monday. ITS MONDAY AND NO DELIVERY TRUCK OR CALLS FROM THE COMPANY. Very annoyed with this order and company. I live in Brampton and went to their Brampton location...
