If I could give no stars, I would. The worst moving experience ever. They were almost 3 hours late (with a fake excuse), which meant my elevator time at the condo was gone, and when we told him that he would have to pick up the fee for the loss of the 1 hour we needed to take from the other tenant moving in, he swore and yelled at us. Furniture was scratched and damaged, he demanded full payment in cash before the move was done and refused to acknowledge responsibility for anything. No stars.

Damaged my house and then blocked my phone number to avoid covering the damage! So disgusted.

Do not call them. They don't disclose all the charges when you hire them, refuse to unload the stuff unless you pay them and refuse to give a receipt inspite of repeated follow-ups.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY - they didn't show up at 2:00pm as scheduled to move my apartment. I called at 3:00pm and a lady answered saying they were on their way, just running late. By 4:00pm when noone arrived, I called back and the phone was off. I ended up not moving on the 31st as scheduled because of these idiots.. they are nothing but a waste of time. I called to complain and Carlos answered saying he didn't know who scheduled the move.. DO NOT USE THEM! A complete waste of time.
