Royal Nails

I went for a pedicure and the total amount of time spent on my feet was 30 min. I still have dry skin on my heels. She hardly touched my feet with the razor and scrubber. And because it was shellac it was 50$.. def. not worth it. I am not happy and I will not be returning.

I been coming here since they opened in 2019! friendly staff and Cindy always gives me the best pedicures!

Good service, very nice staff. I had broke a nail and they fixed it free or charge!! Will definitely be back

Had my nails done here for the first time on Saturday, chose to have silver chrome on all fingers which is an extra $15. Today is Monday and the chrome was coming off both hands and so I drove back 75 kms. As I am going to be on vacation for 3 weeks, I did not want the chrome again and so they fixed it with silver glitter, I asked for a refund on the $15, but the boss guy was aggressive and said NO! Not good customer service here considering I drove all that way back!! Rude people here!!!!!!

Called today to ask about their services and the gentleman was very abrupt on the phone. At the end of the call, he actually hung up on me. Will not be booking here.
