The mechanic we took our car to didn't know what was wrong with my car and Instead of bringing my car back to my house he found me a new dealership who covered all the expenses because it had warranty I wasn't even aware of! He saved me over $3000+. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was stranded on a Saturday pm. My car was stuck on a parking barrier and my engine wouldn't start. I called AAA emergency road service from the US first. They transferred me to BCAA and I was put on an endless hold. I gave up and decided to call a tow truck on my own. I am so happy I got Francis! He unstuck my car and secured the battery so I could drive it again! His rates were reasonable and he was kind, courteous and professional & truly caring.
