We live a long distance from Orchard Ford where we bought our Escape and dropped in when we were in town with a problem with the hatch handle. Dave in the service Dept took our vehicle in and had it repaired within two hours. Great service.we've always received great service at Orchard Ford.

The salesman was very eager and my husband really wanted me to buy the car so I did. I cried because it wasn't a Toyota but it was the better deal. It's been in the garage since we bought it so I took it out today. Yes, it's a great car!
