Yellow Cabs

No one picked the phone for 5 minutes... okay... no one came to pick me up... okay... called them and they said the cab picked someone else up from infront of my place cuz I didn’t show up... at 11pm when im the only person in the whole street... rude service... or no service at all for that matter...

This is a joke of a company. Called at 3:45 for a cab at 4:15, now 4:45 I’m late for work and cab is still nowhere in sight. Dispatch no help.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We called for a cab and was told 5-10 minutes. After 30 min we called back to ask where our cab was and was told it would be there in 5 min... another 20 min later we called back to check again. Only this time they screened my calls. My friend called for us and they said it would be there in 10-15 min. Another 30 minutes later and still nothing. I called back but they screened my calls. We found another way home and 2.5 hours later they called to say they were there

I called to reserve a handicap taxi an hour before needing it and it didn't show up so I called after waiting for half an hour. Spoke to the dispatch who said it was on it's way. Never showed up after 2 hours....I will never use this cab company again!!!! Not reliable customer service!!!!

Cab was 10 minutes late (and counting) so we picked up kids I'm PJ's and drove mom to work. 35 minutes later when we were back home the cab showed up looking for his fare. B-R-U-T-A-L.
