CAUTION!! EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE! Be aware of the promises made by this company and its owners/representatives. Very bad service and even worst quality. They promise quality and great service. They deliver neither! They certainly do not stand behind their product or quality. At the end, Very Expensive to use them as you will land up getting re done!!

WORST EXPERIENCE, WORST SERVICE

If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. I found Solutions on Yellowpages, and went to visit them at their location in Burnaby. They seemed nice, promised good work etc etc. We hired them to put up an awning for our restaurant. Everything from there went down hill. They were late for every meeting, without ever calling or messaging to notify us, and by late I mean between 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. I am a female small business owner, and I was told things like "get the man to do it" and he constantly referred to my business partner as my "husband" when I advised him repeatedly I was not married. It was appalling. In addition, when we asked for a window for the install, they did not return my calls or emails. But when the install finally happened, they were relentless about getting the final payment. I advised the owner I would not give my cc number over text message or email. The owner did not call me when he said he would. And then after a really busy day at the restaurant, where I was not able to check my phone, I received threatening text messages and emails saying he would come the next day to remove my awning if I didn't respond to him in 12 hours. It was a terrible experience. I would not use this company ever again. There are a lot of printing companies out there, if you want a professional experience, go somewhere else. You will not find it here.
