This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. Any time I have called with an issue, they are happy to assist. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them. Thanks for sending Zig over the rainbow bridge ??

This is a great place to bring your pet if you’re wanting kind and knowledgeable staff! Selita in particular is very kind and genuinely cares for every animal that comes in, no matter what they’re in for. It’s nice to deal with such kind staff who put your pet’s needs ahead of everything else. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet!

Dr. Z and his team are great! My birds love them. I've been going there for years. I swear Dr. Z is a bird whisperer , my birds are not afraid of him and he makes them feel comfortable. Definitely recommend them!

Everyone here loves seeing the pets. You can tell that they really care about pets. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have been coming here with the pets we had before these. Dr. Hughes helped us through several surgeries, serious illnesses and when we had to say goodbye they were so empathic and helped us to know we were doing the right thing. We would never go anywhere else. With COVID-19 they have been doing curbside - keeping everyone safe - so I cannot go in but my dogs pull to go in!

Ron has helped us on many occasions throughout the years since he has opened the Downsview Vet Clinic. He has treated out FIV cats, he has provided the necessary at home care options that they have needed from time to time. Most recently, we lost our Tuffy cat and he kindly made a donation to the Guelph Animal Sciences fund for continued research for ailing animals which we found very touching and thoughtful. My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)
