I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Thanks!

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

They were quick and friendly.
I just needed a fluid top up and they got me and out and charged me an extremely great price.
I will be coming back for all my future oil changes and break jobs. They made my day!

I am not sure what the problem is with Acslater's review above but it is VERY FAR from being accurate or the truth. No disrespect but I am sure they will not miss one person's business because these guys are extremely friendly, very professional, have fair pricing, knowledgeable and are very honest.
