We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.

Great Experience!
Loreen was very helpful in showing my wife and me the new models available. We ended up spending less than expected as she explained that a medium-sized fireplace was quite sufficient for our needs, and suited the family-room better. Bring on the next ice-storm. We're ready!

I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace.
