I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Thank you for a positive shopping experience!

Our company deals with Allen Lumber everyday on all kinds of projects. The staff are more than friendly and very helpful. I would have to say that they have the best customer service I have ever seen not only from a lumber yard but any business. Jamie and his staff are always there to help in anyway. We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. Kitchen and bathroom look fantastic would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

My husband was renovating our small bathroom. I have not got the talent to make decorating decisions. I know what I like but don't ask me to get it there. I consulted with their in-house bathroom specialist and she quickly brought me samples of a coutertop/paint and even a new vanity. The bathroom looks great - Thanks.
