Extremely pleased with the service I received at the HBC Fixt location. Everything was explained to me clearly and with no pressure tactics. Once I had decided to go ahead and have my phone opened to see why it wasnt charging, Richard, the tech, tried something else first. He used an air hose to check for dust. A huge piece popped out. We plugged in the phone, it worked perfectly. Richard even helped me with a few settings I wasnt sure of. Excellent service. No charge. Will definitely go back!

Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. Was not rushed and a very comfortable experience. I would recommend Maple Cell Pho

My older model iPhone screen was totally smashed when it feel on the floor. The friendly staff at Teleworld quickly replaced the screen and its working great now. The staff also provided some useful suggestions on how better to protect my phone. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

Super helpful staff and service! The port of my phone was broken. After 2 days of looking online for wireless charging, including places like Best Buy, amazon, e-bay, etc, and with nothing available, Shahzad found a charger which directly charged my phone's batteries. Very helpful solution!

I don’t write reviews but I had to for this place because the service I got was outstanding. The guy working there (Garry) really helped me out. He was surprisingly very patient with me even though I kept asking him to explain stuff and repeat things for me because I have short memory and very little attention span. In the end I walked out with a brand new phone and a better plan. Highly recommend.

I've been going to these guys for, oh... I'd say over 8 years. They used to be in a small booth in the aisle in the same location, but have a slightly larger space now in a regular unit on the 2nd floor of Pacific Mall.

Bongo Wireless is hands down the best place to get your phone fixed in the GTA. I went to Bongo after my Samsung GS4 was receiving a "No Sim Card" error.
Long story short: Bell couldnt fix it, Bongo did. Bongo saved me time, money and hassle.

My Friend told me about this place Future Gadgets last week. I had problem with my Blackberry Bold 9000 which was rebooting all the time. I went there to see if they can fix my blackberry issue since I was not been able to get this fixed at 3 other repair location. The problem was common but remedy was not. After 2 days of test Future Gadgets Tech told me the problem was not only software but was a rare hardware issue as well. The phone got fixed and their dealing was really great and friendly.
I was impressed and recomment every body to use their service for blackberry repair. While I was there , I saw few customers walked in with their Iphne and with brolen lens and other issues. All weer accepted for repiar. Also while I was their I found great selection of merchandise including Bluetooth and all other accessories. Keep up the good work guys. You are the best

Caleb at the store was very knowledgeable,patience and took the time to resolve my issues, when other customer service reps at that store gave me incorrect info and had sent me home I had to return back and then Caleb assisted me with my issues. There should be more people hired like him who are willing to do their job and not just dismiss customers.
