We were able to book an appointment for the following day. Dr. Z arrived promptly, was great with our cat, answered our questions and prescribed and brought the appropriate medication with him. Our cat’s chest infection healed quickly and completely. VERY reasonable prices. Would highly recommend Dr. Z.

Amazing! I had my dog fixed last week and the service was amazing. They were very clear on the pre op instructions, and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. My dog can be hard to handle but the team there was amazing with him. They even called afterwards to see how he was healing. 5 stars to the team across the board. I would recommend this vet and team to any loving pet owners. Thank you from Steve:) My dog is back to himself not even 5 days later!

I have had all my dogs attendant by my vet - Dr. Shibata and she is an exceptional doctor. When time comes to send your pet to rest, Dr Shibata and the staff are very comforting. Dr. Shibata explains your dog's problem in clear everyday language not technical wording that you do not understand. For 38 years I have been coming to her and Village of Manotick Animal Hospital, so I certainly trust them with my dogs.

You want two things from a Vet: competence and compassion. Dr. Ian Cameron is kind beyond measure, as is all the staff. They clearly adore animals. The medical knowledge and capacity is equally top of game, and always aware of current research. My canine family has been expertly and lovingly care for for years now. Zoey, a rescue at 12yo, who came to me as palliative care, lived til 19.5! Parker, terrier type, is again a bright-eyed bouncer with cutting edge arthritis treatment - at 15.

I've been coming here since 2009. I have nothing but Great Respect for All the Staff!! All the Receptionists are Amazingly Nice and Caring. Very Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time. My Westie Nellie tore her claw while running in the back yard. Her back paw started bleeding immediately. Took her to Bayview Animal Hospital and they were fully booked and short staffed that day. When they saw how much her paw was bleeding, the vet tech quickly bandaged up her paw while the receptionist fed me phone numbers of emergency vet clinics where i eventually found one who could see her. She is now bandaged up and recovering . Thanks so much to Bayview for being so incredibly kind!

We live near Old Ottawa South - so taking our cat here is easy. Since covid, we visit via the parking lot i.e. only our cat goes in! Today, we were served by Dr. William MacDonald and I was impressed. He was easy to talk to, answered all our questions and offered to refer us if need be. Dr. MacDonald even came to talk to us in the parking lot. I have dealt with many vets over the years in Ottawa. None of them have been as approachable as Dr. MacDonald!

When I brought my kitty in for his checkup & shots, I really loved bringing him in to a place with such a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff! You can really tell that they care a lot about minimizing any stress your pet might feel in coming to the vet, and they gave my little guy lots of little treats to keep him calm and happy while he was there. :)

I rescue, so have been to Animal Emerge often since they opened, and am always impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the doctors and staff. They *know* its urgent, you are stressed and your animal is in danger, and somehow they manage to get treatment started quickly, while still giving the animals human consideration and the best information they can. Yes, the price is a little higher than you would pay at your day vet, but it is worth every penny.

Anima Plus Montee Paiement has always been our go-to vet for our pets. But lately, they took exceptional care of our little angel on her last few days with dedication and dignity. To see this beautiful team work overtime so our cat would have a chance to make it out alive was very comforting to see. They kept us up updated every few hours on her state, brainstormed together and tried everything to save her.
From the beginning to the end, they showered our little Mia with love and care and we are forever grateful of their stellar work.
I couldn't recommend this place enough.
