I just had some serious safety issues with my old kia soul dealt with by the experts at Tirecraft Sorento. Their communication and follow up resulted in the work being done in a timely manner with a reasonable cost. I'm very satisfied with both service and price. Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. Picked him up in the morning and bought him coffee and breakfast. They had the truck up and worked on it first thing in the morning. Can’t say enough good things!

Now with new software and a very clean exhaust tune, I have dramatically improved horsepower and mileage. Really wish I had gone to Dunbar's Automotive in Vernon sooner as I love my bulletproof GMC Sierra 2500 HD, owned 12 years no problems. They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!

I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.
