I own a 2010 VW Jetta with a DSG transmission. It inadvertently kept changing into neutral while driving. The VW dealer said the entire DSG transmission needed replacing at a price of $7500.oo from Germany. I asked for a quote on a secondhand DSG transmission and was met with the question,
Why would you inherit someone else problem? Tom and Cam figured it out and a mechatronic unit was replaced. Tom was able to recode without exclusive VW proprietorship. Cost lower than quoted. Great service.

Darren quoted me less than half of what BOYD quoted for a new bumper and colour matching. He tried to source a bumper from multiple places, ensuring that he could get me the best deal. I realized I didn’t have a way to work after dropping my car off, so he kindly offered to drop me off himself. He also waited past closing for me to pickup my car. The colour match was perfect. The whole process was so easy and effortless. He really went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend

Moved on February 28, 2019. Excellent service from Bernie, Art and Kevin. The movers I had originally contracted with bailed on me at the last minute, and with three days notice this company came through. It was not a huge move but it meant everything to me. They were courteous, efficient and respectful. And much lower cost than I had anticipated. I would recommend the Kelowna Two Small Men With Big Hearts to anyone, especially for a local move.

Chris and Mark are Great to deal with! they explained fabrics and suppliers and we ordered a sectional from them. We were so happy with the product we ordered another sectional for the family room, two reading chairs and a lounge chair and ottoman. Prices were great and service was top notch.

I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced! Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

I am a Kelowna local for 5 years now. Have tried many places looking for a good tasting meal. To date Montana’s is the best, great taste, super service and the staff very friendly. Had a rookie one night and she was nervous when pouring my beer, Noticed that it was going to foam up so I took the glass and pointed out a good pour. She was so relieved and thankful that my service was unreal. People help out a young gal now and then, they are trying to earn a living.
