He found that the wiring issue was only minor so he corrected it without even charging me. He even changed my bulbs for free. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in for service. Other local shops quoted me ridiculous numbers and were trying to fix the wrong things. Vitali made the proper diagnostic and took care of my problem. Half of the things specified by other mechanics for repair didn't actually need it (or at least not yet). This shop is not fancy, but service is professional and price is fair. Would highly recommend.
