Don't they know prices on everything are going up? Why are they still the best repair shop around with their low charges and high quality? Ain't seen a car problem yet that stumps Ed! Both for my '57 Metropolitan and my 2011 Chev HHR!

I've been taking my cars to Rick's since I started driving 6 years ago and have had nothing but exceptional service there. I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

I was immediately put at ease at McLeods. They explained to me what exactly they were doing and showed me the price beforehand. I was quoted from another company 847 for 1 sway link bar,front breaks and a serpentine belt . I called Tempest just to get an idea as so many people have referred them. The guy quickly quoted me 350 for that to be repaired. they ended up doing 2 Sway link bars my front breaks welded holes in my exhaust my serpentine belt and a safety for 500. On top of the great pricing , Everyone is very polite and seems genuine and No bad vibes . I Think it’s safe to say I found my forever mechanics

Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.
