First off , local knowledge , we asked the front desk they said GO TO ELK VALLEY!! Second we phoned through the order , polite and professional staff not only got the order perfect but it was ready the time they said it would be , now on to the pizza , I can honestly say aside from making our own pizza this was by FAR the most flavorful and fresh set pizza's we have had in Canada the cheese was " proper" cheese not that plastic stuff the big chains use . I eat there at least 3 times a week. What i like is that everything is homemade. She has two soups everyday, one is borsh,the other differs from day to day, but is homemade. If you want turkey it will be from roasted turkey that she has cooked,same with bread,perogies,cabbage rolls even the noodles in her turkey noodle soup. And you better come early at lunch time, or you'll have to wait.Sometime at lunch the food may be a liitle slow for her kitchen is small,but I'm willing to wait.
