Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!
